Sardines are yummy! They're also a great source of calcium and Omega-3s.

The first time I ever had them was while visiting Russia, staying in a hostel where the first two meals each day were borst and black bread. When they put out a plate of sardines at breakfast one morning, we all pounced on it.

Surprisingly enough, I've never had hummus. Maybe I'll try it. No sardines though...

You had me up until sardines! I will definitely have to try out that hummus recipe though - sounds really yummy (and even better, easy)!

Man I feel old-fashion, I didn't even know they had coolers you could plug in to keep everything cold. That's neat and I'll have to look for it the next time we move.
